What a crazy week!

So last week it finally happened....Seth and I turned 30! In all honesty I wasn't looking forward to it but it wasn't too bad. Just a number, right?! Only time will tell.

Our crazy week start when I decided on Sunday night to throw a last minute bday party for Seth on Tuesday night. After I made the plans I went into panic mode. What was I thinking?! So I took Tuesday off work, cleaned like crazy, bought and made food, and still managed to keep it all a secret from him until he got home from work. Kylee kept telling him that she was going to his party. He was a little confused so I finally told him what was going on about 45 minutes before people started showing up at our house. It was a ton of fun!

Thursday was my birthday and we kept it more low-key. I took the day off, stayed in my pjs and played with the girls all day. Then, we went to Outback for dinner. It was nice to spend some time together.

Friday Kamella and I took the little ones to the park for a bit in the morning. Then after naps and dinner, both our families went back to the park. It was fun to be outside and watching the kids play or being chased by their dads! (when I wasn't feeling sick....no fun)

Saturday, Seth and Tom got to finally use their Christmas gift cards to Red Lobster to eat their never-ending shrimp special. Yuck! I got to go with Mom and Lea to see "Julie & Julia." It was a cute movie. Then, we had family night and did a little errand running and relaxing.

On Sunday after church, we went to my parent's house to celebrate our birthdays. Mom made us a wonderful brunch and dessert and snacks. It was a nice relaxing day.

Monday, the Westmoreland's came over. It was another fun, crazy day! Lots of food. Video games. Football at the park. And a great workout at Bouncin' Bonkers!

Now it's back to work and getting the girls back on more of a normal schedule. Kylee keeps asking for friends to come over and I think Ashlyn is teething. Long day already!
